Yesware CEO, Joel Stevenson, talks all things sales with fellow entrepreneurs, CEOs, and sales experts. In this episode of The Hard Sell, Joel and guest Kristina Wiig, VP of Sales at FreeWill, discuss scaling a team, motivating sales reps, coaching a growth mindset, and more.
About the Guest: Kris Wiig’s specialty is helping early-stage SaaS companies to grow revenue by evolving their pitch, processes, products, and people - quickly.
While she has worked in every product adoption stage of a company, companies tend to bring her in during the first 0-3 years of a new product launch. Her focus is to prove product-market fit, solidify go-to-market strategies, and create repeatable sales processes to scale the sales organization.
Through Kris’ company Raising Startups, she’s also been an advisor, go-to-market strategist, and sales coach to dozens of startups in a wide variety of industries.
An estimated 90% of startups fail. Every startup Kris has worked for has either been acquired or is still a thriving business today.
